Step 1: Conduct a ‘Free’ phone consultation to assure that our services are a correct fit for a potential clients needs.

Step 2: Appointment set up for a face to face Consultation for the purpose of entering into a written agreement for services, with time sensitive deliverables of the client’s evidence needs, disclosure of all costs and the retainer to deploy investigative services.

Step 3: Updates to client on progress of investigation.

Step 4: Provide client with Written Reports, documentation, video tapes, or other, with a complete itemization of time and costs.
